NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The Garware Club House, Mumbai invites Sealed Tenders from reputed Contractors for Garware Club House New Building (Phase – I), Mumbai, as per Advertisement given in the newspaper i.e., Mumbai Samachar, Navbharat Times and Indian Expres.

1.	Earnest Money Deposit	:	Rs.1,00,000/-
2.	Contract Period	:	5 (five) years
3.	Date for issue of the Blank Tender forms	:	12.08.2009 to 20.08.2009     between 11.30 am & 5.00 pm
4.	Date & Place of Prebid Meeting	:	Tuesday, 25.08.2009 at 5.00 pm     in the Green Room
5.	Place for Submission Of Tender	:	M/s.Garware Club House,     Wankhede Stadium,     ‘D’ Road, Churchgate,     Mumbai – 400 020.
6.	Date & Time for receipt Of Tenders	:	01.09.2009 upto 6.00 p.m.
7.Criteria for issuing the tender document is that, the Catering Contractor must have a turnover of Rs.5 Crores for consecutive Three Years preceding to   submission of Tender.
8.Decision of issue of tender papers is at the discretion of Garware Club House.
9.The Club reserves the right to accept/reject any or all Tenders without assigning reasons thereof.

11.Copy of the Blank Tender Document shall be issued on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only - Non refundable)
12.  Tenderer shall study all the Tender Documents, Condition of Contract, Specification, Special Instructions to Tenderer’s carefully and also visit the site to     understand site condition.
