The Garware Club House, Mumbai invites Sealed Tenders from reputed Contractors for Housekeeping (Cleaning) Contract for Garware Club House New Building (Phase – I), Mumbai, in response to the Advertisement appeared in the Mumbai Samachar (6.8.2009), Navbharat Times (7.8.2009) and Indian Express (8.8.2009).

1.	Earnest Money Deposit	:	Rs.25,000/-
2.	Contract Period	:	3 (Three) Years
3.	Date for issue of the Blank Tender forms	:	12.08.2009 to 20.08.2009 between 11.30 am & 5.00 pm
4.	Date & Place of Prebid Meeting	:	24.08.2009 at 4.30 p.m. at Garware Club House.
5.	Place for Submission Of Tender	:	M/s.Garware Club House, Wankhede Stadium, ‘D’ Road, Churchgate, Mumbai – 400 020.
6.	Date & Time for receipt Of Tenders	:	31.08.2009 upto 6.00 p.m.
7. Criteria for issuing the tender document is that, the Housekeeping (Cleaning) Contractor must have minimum ____ years of reputed Club/Establishments.
8. Decision of issue of tender papers is at the discretion of Garware Club House.
9. The right to reject any or all other tenders is reserved, without assigning any reason thereof.

11. Copy of the Blank Tender Document shall be issued on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only - Non refundable)
12. Tenderer shall study all the Tender Documents, Condition of Contract, Specification, Special Instructions to Tenderer’s carefully and also visit the site to understand site condition.
