The Sealed Tenders in prescribed form are invited for disposal of the scrap items as per the enclosed list On As Is Where Is Basis.

The two copies of details of terms and conditions and two tender forms alongwith Scrap Item List (marked as Annexure 'A' to the Tender Form) are enclosed herewith.

Interested parties can inspect the SCRAP ITEMS mentioned in the Scrap Item List on any working days between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., from Monday, 8^th January,2007 to Saturday, 13th January,2007.The Sealed Tenders in details must be submitted to the Club by 5.00 p.m., on Tuesday, 16th January,2007.

PLEASE MENTION THE ABOVE REFERENCE NUMBER OF TENDER NOTICE AND ALSO THE RECEIPT NUMBER ISSUED BY THE CLUB HOUSE FOR THE PAYMENT OF EARNEST MONEY ON THE SEALED ENVELOPE OF THE QUOTATION.
