The two copies of details of terms and conditions and two tender forms alongwith the list of scrapped Kitchen Equipments (marked as Annexure 'A' to the Tender Form) are enclosed herewith.

Interested parties can inspect the scrapped Kitchen Equipments mentioned in the enclosed list marked as Annexure 'A' on any working days between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., from Tuesday, 10th July,2007 to Monday, 14th July,2007. The Sealed Tenders in details must be submitted to the Club by 5.00 p.m., on Friday, 20th July,2007.

PLEASE MENTION THE ABOVE REFERENCE NUMBER OF TENDER NOTICE AND ALSO THE RECEIPT NUMBER ISSUED BY THE CLUB HOUSE FOR THE PAYMENT OF EARNEST MONEY ON THE SEALED ENVELOPE OF THE QUOTATION.
