PLEASE MENTION THE ABOVE REFERENCE NUMBER OF TENDER NOTICE AND ALSO THE RECEIPT NUMBER ISSUED BY THE CLUB HOUSE FOR THE PAYMENT OF EARNEST MONEY ON THE SEALED ENVELOPE OF THE QUOTATION.

Interested parties can inspect the Window Air Condition Units on any working days between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m., from Wednesday, 1^st August,2007 to Tuesday, 7^th August,2007.

The Sealed Tender in details must be submitted to the Club House by 1.00 p.m., on Saturday, 11^th August,2007.
