| The Advance Booking for Rooms/Suites can be made one year in advance by submitting the request in the prescribed Application Form to the Club House. |
| Payment of Room Charges to be made on or before Checking In and also for extended period of stay, if any, to the Receptionist. |
| The 'Check-In' and 'Check-Out' time is 12.00 noon. However, Room/Suite may be occupied without paying extra charges earlier than 12.00 noon i.e., from 7.00 am to 12.00 noon, provided the room is vacant and available. |
| Persons staying in local area i.e., Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane Districts are not permitted to occupy the rooms/suites. |
| The Members’ Guests shall not be entitled to stay in the Residential Rooms for more than 30 days. |
| The occupants will be permitted to use Swimming Pool and Health Club facilities, free of charge. |
| The occupants will have to pay Guest Charges, for use of other facilities/activities of the Club House. In case of Members/Associates, they will be charged the charges applicable to Members/Associates for the use of facilities/activities of the Club House. |
| Prevailing Room Tariff is subject to revision from time to time by the Managing Committee of the Club House without any advance notice . |
| The Members of Affiliated Club can stay in the Club House Rooms/Suites for maximum 4 days in a month and they cannot bring any guest alongwith them. |

Request received for cancellation in writing and duly signed by Members/Temporary Resident Associates more than 13 days prior to Check-In date |
| 20% Cancellation Charges |
Request received for cancellation in writing and duly signed by the Members/Temporary Resident Association between 4th and 13th day prior to Check-In date. |
| Full room charges |
Request received for cancellation within 3 days or less prior to check in date. |
| In case of booking of room/suite for 3 or more days and if the same is not occupied by the Occupant either on 1st day or on 2nd day of the booking of the room/suite, the booking for the rest of the period shall be treated as cancelled and the Member and/or Temporary Resident Associate shall be liable to pay the room/suite charges accordingly, for the entire period. |
