The construction work of the Club House Building Phase I is nearing completion. The efforts are made to start the Club House activities in the new Building very soon. Various Contractors for supply, installation and commissioning of the equipments such as Fabricated and Imported Kitchen Equipment from M/s.L. L. Equipments, Star Trek(USA) make from M/s. Trinity health Club Equipments, Cold Room from M/s. Blue Star, Ventilation of M/s. HPS Engineer, 11KV Switch gear from M/s. Siemens Ltd and Electric Sub Station from M/s. Triveni Control Gears, IBMS System and IT Cabling work from M/s.Sew Electrical Pvt Ltd, have almost completed their job. The Interior work is going on in full swing. All the seven Lifts from M/s. Schindler India are installed in the Phase I Building, The Contracts for facilities such as Housekeeping, Health Culb, Swimming Pool Maintenance and Operation, Hospitality Services, Catering Services are in process of finalization.
With a view to complete the entire Development Project on or before the end of 2010, the Managing Committee has decided to demolish portion of the Club House Building and the said demolition work has been completed. The Office, Health Club, Swimming Pool , Card Room, Library Facilities are in operation. The Contract for Piling work for the Club House Building Phase II and III, has been awarded to M/s. Valccha Engineers Ltd
The Members are requested to co-operate and bear with the inconvenience and hardship being caused to them, due to the development work. |
