REQUEST FORM FOR ENROLLMENT OF MEMBER’S SON/ DAUGHTER AS ORDINARY MEMBER :- |

The Request Forms are made available for Ordinary Membership under Members’ Son/Daughter category for :- - The Ordinary & Life Members’ Sons above the age of 21 years, but before completing 22 years.
- The Ordinary & Life Members’ Unmarried Daughters above 21 years old
- The Ordinary & Life Members’ Married Daughters above 21 years old and within One year of their marriage.

SENIOR CITIZEN MEMBERS/ASSOCIATES |

Members/Associates who have completed the age of 65 years are exempted from payment of Annual Subscription and they are also eligible for 50% concession on Annual Fees of Health Club, Card Room, Library and Swimming Pool.
Members/Associates who have completed the age of 65 years should submit their age proof to the Club House Office and the said Members/Associates will be exempted from paying Annual Subscription and will also be eligible for 50% concession on the Annual fees of Health Club, Card Room, Library and Swimming Pool from the subsequent year. |

SURVIVING SPOUSE ASSOCIATESHIP |
|
|
- Surviving Spouse Of Ordinary/Life Members has to make Application for Associateship within 1 ½ years from the date of sad demise of Spouse.
- Surviving Spouse has to comply with all the procedures including submission of the said Application Forms within 90 days of receipt of Club House letter.

LAMINATED IDENTIY CARDS |
|
|
Members/Associates and their family members shall obtain and carry with them their individual valid Identity Card issued by the Club during their visit to the Club. The Identity Card must be produced as and when demanded for inspection at the Club. In absence of the Identity Card, the concerned member/associate and their family members will not be permitted to use any of the Club facilities. |

CAR PARKING |

Due to the ongoing Development Work being carried out at Wankhede Stadium, the Car Parking facilities is not available. |

COMPLAINT/SUGGESTION BOOK |
|
|
Members/Associates can make complaints and/or give suggestions in the books kept for the purpose in the respective sections of the Club House. A Member/Associate may also address his complaint or suggestion directly to the Administration Executive of the Club in writing. |
