CLOSURE OF CLUB HOUSE ACTIVITIES/FACILITIES

This has reference to the Club House Notice No.GCH/35/ 1979/2009 dated 17th August,2009 in regard to non-availability of Catering, Bar Room, Table Tennis facilities.

The Managing Committee in its urgent Meeting held on 25th January,2010 has decided to discontinue availability of the remaining facilities/activities i.e., Health Club, Swimming Pool, Billiards Room, Library and Card Room facilities from Monday, 1st February,2010, with a view to complete the Development Work of the Club House Building Phase II and Phase III before the end of December,2010.

The Club House office will be temporarily shifted to the S.S.Hall at the Ground Floor of the Club House Main Building and the Club House Office will be functioning as per usual timings. Availability of the facilities in the Club House new Building Phase I will be intimated to the Members.

Members/Associates are requested to note the above and co-operate.
