In the year 1974, on the Government land leased to Bombay Cricket Association, late Shri S. K. Wankhede created beautiful stadium which is Internationally known as Wankhede Stadium for the sole purpose of promoting Cricket in Bombay.
Along with the construction of the Stadium, late Shri S. K. Wankhede thought it fit to develop other sports and cultural activities, therefore, constructed full fledged Club House on the above said leased land.
The foundation stone was laid on 15th May'1972 for the Club House by its first President, Shri S. K. Wankhede. Today our Club House is one of the most reputable Club House in Bombay headed by Hon'ble Shri Sharad Pawarji as the President.
At present the Club House Is having 11000 members / associates from every caste, creed and community.

Various tournaments and programmes are organised regularly for Members and their family members.
The Club House remains open from 7 am. tp 11.00 pm.
The Club House is registered under Section 25 of Company's Act 1956.
